Il Giardino was born from a history that precedes us, from a family tradition of hard work, passion, and dedication.
In the 1950s, grandfather Tindaro, a farmer and rancher, decided to launch the family's first cured meats business in what had until then been the basement of their home. From that moment on, that journey has never stopped.
Over the years, the business continued, passing into the hands of father Giovanni...while uncle Carmelo chose to expand the work sector by opening a butcher's shop, a key hub for the family's livestock farming.
Perfectly alongside him was his uncle "Peppino", his step-uncle, who was completing his studies to pursue a career as a chef, a career he managed to pursue with passion throughout his life.
It was in the latter's restaurant that Stefano began working as a waiter at the age of 16, cultivating not only a passion for catering, but above all the idea and meaning of hospitality: welcoming people, caring for them, putting their well-being at the center of the experience.
Today, our restaurant is the result of all this. A place that carries on a family history, with a reshaped and contemporary vision, where commitment, research, and tradition continue to live on, every day, at the table.
